Beef is slowly stewed in spicy Hungarian paprika sauce with onions, garlic, sweet peppers and tomatoes. Served with homemade Potato Gnocchi.
Goulash Stroganoff (Russia)
Beef Goulash prepared with Portobello mushrooms, onions and sour cream sauce. Served with with Carlsbad Dumplings.
Szegedin Goulash (Hungary)
Pork Goulash prepared with Sauerkraut cream sauce. Served with Carlsbad Dumplings.
Venison Goulash (Czech Republic)
Venison in Red Wine, tomato, paprika and cranberry sauce. Served with Carlsbad Dumplings.
Beef Bourguignon (France)
Diced beef with smoked bacon, mushrooms, carrots, garlic and shallots. Prepared in tomato Burgundy sauce. Served with homemade Potato Gnocchi.
Vegetarian Goulash (Russia)
Diced Vegetables, Dark Red Kidney Beans, in Red Beets and Cabbage Stock. Served with Sour Cream and Ciabatta.
